Provisional bookings can be made online using the diary below (or the one included on the dedicated website).

The facility is available for hire from 6am to 11:59pm.

To make a provisional booking, click on the + symbol on the date you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time, you will be asked to enter your contact details and a password; once you have done this, you can complete the remainder of the booking request form.

After you have made a provisional booking, a Booking Form (and the associated Conditions of Hire document) will be emailed to you by the Booking Officer. When your request has been approved, we will send you an invoice for an online payment.

Once the form and payment have been received, your booking will be confirmed and instructions for access to, and use of, the facility will be provided.

The rates of hire from January 2026 are:

Community area and use of the kitchen for teas and coffees:

• Residents: £16.00/hr
• Non-residents and commercial businesses: £23.00/hr
• Cleaning Fee : £20.

Changing rooms – to be agreed on a team by team basis.

Please note that the hire period must include any time required for setting up and clearing away.
