DC/23/2230:  Wallhurst Manor, Garden Cottage, Picts Lane  Erection of a two storey extension and raising roof of existing detached outbuilding to create garage workshop, office studio and annexe (Retrospective).

DC/23/2224:  Lion House, the Street – Erection of first floor extension to create first floor office space (Class B1a)

DC/23/2171:  137 Acorn Avenue – Surgery to 2 Oak Trees and 1 Acer.
