DC/23/1261:  Eastridge Lodge, Wineham Lane – Outline application for the erection of 1 residential dwelling with detached garage and associated landscaping with all matters reserved.

DC/23/2043:  4 Margaret Cottages  Repairs and alterations to the property (Listed Building Certificate) 

DC/23/2067/2068LBC:  4 Margaret Cottages, Station Road – Removal and replacement of existing mortar and render.  Replacement and/or repair of existing fenestration and installation of secondary glazing.   Removal and replacement of external picket fence.  Removal and replacement of internal plaster from the walls.  Replacement of some of the internal floorboards and repair and/or replace any internal doors.  Repair and reinstatement of inglenook.  Replacement of existing staircase enclosure with balustrade.  Paint removal from exposed timber (Household Application)

DC/23/2091:  Frithknowle Farm, Picts Lane – Change of use of an agricultural bulding with associated operational development from agricultural use to residential use (Class C3) to provide 2 dwellings.

DC/23/1372:  Wallhurst Manor, Garden Cottage, Picts Lane – Variation of Condition 1 and removal of Condition 4 of previously approved application DC/19/2123 (Erection of a two storey side extension to provide garage workshop and office studio with roof of existing detached outbuilding to be raised) to allow for the provision of a 1-bed annexe.
