3.    To Consider the Following Applications:

 

DC/23/1281&1282(LBC):  Former Co-Op, The Street Internal and external alterations to create a garden flat from the rear of the consented retail unit under DC/20/0018.  External alterations to refurbish the existing timber sash windows on the east and north elevations to replace existing single glazing with 12mm slimline double glazed units.  Replace the consented former windows under DC/20/0018 to the east and west elevations with conservation style rooflight in the internal clay tiled roof valley on the west elevation.

DC/23/1625:  Delspride, Development Site Lot 1, Kent Street – Prior notification for Change of Use of Agricultural Building to a single dwelling house.

DC/23/1426:  Allfreys, Bolney Road – Installation of 20 low rise ground based PhotoVoltaic panels to rear garden (LBC)

DC/23/1758&1759(LBC):  Frithknowle Farm, Picts Lane – Conversion and extension of existing piggery to provide annexe accommodation.

DC/23/1785:  Capons Hill Farm, Station Road – Installation of 3 antennae at 19m installed on new 2.2m support poles fixed headframe support pole.  Installation of 1 GPS module on proposed antennae support pole.  Installation of 3 ERS support poles mounted on existing antenna headframe.  Installation of cabinet installed within equipment cabin.
