Cowfold Parish Council objects to this planning application and the
contiguous DC/23/1282 on the grounds of lack of vehicular parking for the
converted cottage/flats. This point was iterated by the Parish Council during
the original planning application process. The Cowfold
Neighbourhood Plan, which has passed inspection, designates on p. 43 (policy
16 taken from the 2011 Census data), that for residential parking in the
village there should be suitable and sufficient parking for 2.9cars per
household. |
