DC/23/1218:  107 Acorn Avenue – Erection of a single storey rear extension and part conversion of garage into habitable living space.

DC/23/1198:  Capons Hill Farm, Station Road – Erection of an extension to ‘Building Two’ for use as storage.

DC/23/0333: Capons Hill Farm, Station Road – Application to confirm the continuous use of 10 units for (Class E (Commercial Business and Service) and B8 (Storage or Distribution)) purposes for a period in excess of ten years (Lawful Development Certificate – Existing).
