Also a lack of communication and notification including the 'green' HDC planning notices which appear not to have been displayed. Questions have been raised in respect of land ownership in relation to access and egress and the extant presence of an established caravan at the site.

We Paint Unit 3 Capons Hill Farm House Station Road

Variation of condition 6 to previously approved application DC/19/1283 (Retrospective application for the change of use of existing vacant building to a club for teaching of various martial arts) to allow increase from 10 participants to a maximum of 25 participants to allow daily function and growth of the club.

Cowfold Parish Council objects to this further planning application, as it has done to previous iterations. Continuing concerns are with the point of access/egress onto the A272 and concomitant road user safety. The ongoing breach of Planning Regulations in respect of the removal of vegetation at the point of the A272 entry/exit. Residential concerns over the likelihood of increased vehicular movement to and from the Unit.
