Paint, Unit 3 Capons Hill Farm House, Station Road – Variation
of Condition 6 to previously approved application DC/19/1283 (Retrospective
application for the change of use of existing vacant building to a club for
teaching of various martial arts) to allow increase from 10 participants to a maximum
of 25 participants to allow daily function and growth of the club.

Drain at front and rear of the dwelling, replacement of rainwater system,
