The Parish Council receives copies of all planning applications relating to the village. Each application is considered by the Planning Committee and comments submitted to Horsham District Council (HDC). The Parish Council has no statutory authority with regards to planning applications and can only make observations. The final decision on any application rests with HDC’s planning department.
The Parish Council is not able to offer any advice regarding planning applications.
The Planning Committee meets on the second Monday of every month, following the Parish Council Ordinary Meetings, and links to recent planning reports are included on separate pages.
