Cowfold Neighbourhood Plan – Draft Plan

The Draft Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to HDC and an independent outside body for a “Health Check”. Cowfold Parish Council took the feedback received into account in the production of the Plan prior to its approval on Monday 12thAugust.

The Pre-Submission Plan was out for Consultation from Monday 19thAugust 2019 to Monday 14thOctober 2019 in accordance with Regulation 14 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. This is a very important step forward in bringing the Cowfold Neighbourhood Plan to fruition.

The Public Consultation Period has been extended from 09:00 Tuesday 12th November 2019 to 17:00 Tuesday 24th December 2019.

Any new representations received during this period will be taken into consideration and added to the feedback already received during the initial consultation period.

Hard copies of the Draft Plan are available for reference at the following locations:

Cowfold Village Hall: No fixed opening hours but normally 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and weekends as required.

Cowfold Co-Operative Store: Open 07:00 to 22:00 7 days/week.

Cowfold Medical Practice: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30 except Wednesday 08:00 to 18:00.
